‘Mitch’n’Moo will endeavour to get your order in the post the same or next business day from receipt of your cleared payment.
International customers will need to get in touch with me for delivery charges before placing an order.
Australia wide postage costs:
Only buying a wetbag or a cover? No worries, I’ll pop one of these into a small postage envelope. This will only cost you $5.00 postage.
Buying one or more nappies or accessories? Postage is now a flat rate
Spending up to $15 = $5 postage.
Spending $15-$99 = $12 postage.
Spending $100-$199 = $15 postage.
Spending more then $200 = FREE POSTAGE.
Pick Up
If your local to the Raymond Terrace Area or would like to pick up from a Market we are attending simply select the Free Pick up option in the shopping cart
Returns:
Mitch’n’Moo offers a 6 month warranty on all products relating to faults from manufacturing. Damage from customers washing routine not matching the recommendations from manufacture and Mitch’n’Moo will be considered void of warranty. As an accredited member of the Australian Nappy Association, we at Mitch’n’Moo support and recommend following the Association’s washing guidelines
Please get in touch with me or the place of purchase before returning products to discuss the problem. Any unfortunate leakage will not be considered a fault.
Note: damage that occurs from washing and drying errors including heat damage and or not following manufactures washing recommendations is not considered a fault and will not be replaced however I’m happy to discuss options of buying replacement shells.
Should you wish to exchange sizes or products, I am happy to discuss the options at customer cost and only if the products have not been used.
Mitch’n’Moo will not be held responsible for damage caused during delivery.
